High Security Seal

High security seal is a seal used to secure the container as soon it is stuffed with cargo. Container securing initiative has taken due to the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program (C TPAP ) and as per the International Ship & Port Facility Security Code (ISPS code). These seals are used to prevent theft while transporting and the seal should meet the requirements of ISO / PAS 17712 certification.

Each high security seal has a unique number and a bar code. This allows to track whether the seal has broken during the transit.

Seal is easy to place but hard to broke. Hence cargo could be secured while transporting and customs officers at the border control may break the seal to inspect cargo and place a new seal.
